SUMMARY:THE WHOLE SPRING TRANSHUMANCE 2023 / GUARANTEE
DESCRIPTION:\n\nYou take part in the whole Transhumance from winter pastures located close to Tbilisi in the amazing desert area at the border with Azerbaijan to the Tusheti region. This unique experience of almost one month brings you through 3 ecosystems from the hidden monasteries dating back the 6th century and the hidden caves dweller cities carved in the rock to the incredible Great Caucasus Mountains.  You ride over a first mountains range over 2000m high before going down and across the vineyards of the Alazani valley.  Once at Laliskuri we wait for the best weather conditions to ride over the terrific Abano pass at almost 3000m high. At this time of the year we may drive the horses on the snowed slopes. Once in Tusheti you discover the last incredible ecosystem and the treasures of the Tusheti region. Though the conditions of the transhumance are hard, (please have a look to the details), it remains an unique experience. This ride takes place once a year.\n\n\n\n\n\n
